We have officially signed a Public Private Partnership agreement with the Government of Niger to modernize the country’s biometric passport and national ID systems. The agreement was finalized on June 27, 2025, in Niamey, Niger’s capital.
This comprehensive contract underscores Alitisal Aljadeed’s expertise in delivering secure and efficient identity management solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Alitisal Aljadeed will be responsible for:
Financing, constructing, and maintaining a system for the issuance of biometric passports. These passports will feature advanced security measures, including polycarbonate materials and embedded biometric chips.
Upgrading Niger’s national ID architecture through the introduction of a secure and modern national digital identity system.
Developing a system for the digital archiving of essential records.
This strategic partnership aims to streamline the delivery of crucial identity documents for the citizens of Niger, bringing the nation in line with global standards for modern and secure identity documentation.
